These terms are an agreement between you and Francisco J. Lujan ("we") for your use of Capataz. By using the app, you agree to them.
Early access
Capataz is in early access. Features may change, and we may make mistakes. Please keep your own copies of important records; the app's export feature exists for this.
Your account and your team
You're responsible for your account and for who you invite to your company. The owner of a company controls its records and can remove it, along with everyone's access to it.
Your data
The records you enter belong to you and your business. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the app. You're responsible for having the right to enter information about your clients and team.
Money, taxes and documents
Capataz helps you prepare estimates, invoices and records. It does not process payments, and it does not give legal, tax or accounting advice. You're responsible for your prices, the tax rates you use, the documents you send and your obligations to clients and tax authorities. Check numbers before you send them.
Acceptable use
Don't use Capataz to break the law, to send content you don't have the right to send, or to interfere with the service or other people's data.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Capataz available, but it may be interrupted. We may update the app and these terms; if a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app.
Disclaimer and limits
Capataz is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the app.
Ending
You can stop using Capataz and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Estos términos son un acuerdo entre tú y Francisco J. Lujan ("nosotros") para el uso de Capataz. Al usar la app, los aceptas.
Acceso anticipado
Capataz está en acceso anticipado. Las funciones pueden cambiar y podemos cometer errores. Guarda tus propias copias de los registros importantes; para eso existe la función de exportar.
Tu cuenta y tu equipo
Eres responsable de tu cuenta y de a quién invitas a tu empresa. El dueño de una empresa controla sus registros y puede eliminarla, junto con el acceso de todos.
Tus datos
Los registros que ingresas son tuyos y de tu negocio. Nos das permiso para guardarlos y procesarlos solo para ofrecer la app. Eres responsable de tener derecho a ingresar la información de tus clientes y de tu equipo.
Dinero, impuestos y documentos
Capataz te ayuda a preparar cotizaciones, facturas y registros. No procesa pagos y no da asesoría legal, fiscal ni contable. Eres responsable de tus precios, de las tasas de impuestos que usas, de los documentos que envías y de tus obligaciones con clientes y autoridades fiscales. Revisa los números antes de enviarlos.
Uso aceptable
No uses Capataz para violar la ley, para enviar contenido que no tienes derecho a enviar, ni para interferir con el servicio o con los datos de otras personas.
Disponibilidad y cambios
Trabajamos para que Capataz esté disponible, pero puede haber interrupciones. Podemos actualizar la app y estos términos; si un cambio es importante, te avisaremos en la app.
Garantías y límites
Capataz se ofrece "tal cual", sin garantías de ningún tipo. En la medida que la ley lo permita, no somos responsables de pérdidas indirectas, ni de ganancias o datos perdidos, por el uso de la app.
Terminación
Puedes dejar de usar Capataz y eliminar tu cuenta cuando quieras. Podemos suspender cuentas que no cumplan estos términos.
